2009-2010 Affiliation
2009-2010 affiliation is now due. If you are insured
through the affiliation insurance package please re-affiliate as
soon as possible to avoid any delays in continuation of insurance
cover.
Please note that there has been changes to the affiliation forms this year. There are separate forms for affiliation with insurance and affiliation without insurance. If you have any problems please feel free to contact us using the information on contact page.
